Sleeps 14 · Indian Ridge Oaks, Kissimmee
Exterior
Pull up at twilight and the house glows — the pool screen lit, palm trees against a Florida-pink sky. This is the "you're here" moment.
Private Pool
The screened pool is the wow shot — and the place where most of your week happens. Loungers, soft pool lights at night, and the spa for slower evenings. Heat it for an extra $30/night if you're visiting outside summer.
Living Room
A wide sectional, a smart TV, and an arcade-game nook for the kids that the grown-ups will sneak onto after bedtime. This is where the week unwinds.
Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped kitchen — full-size fridge, dishwasher, the actual coffee maker you have at home — opening into a long dining table for the whole crew and a sunny breakfast nook for the early risers.
Princess Bedroom
Two twin beds and a floor-to-ceiling castle mural — small guests pick this room first, sometimes before they've even walked the rest of the house. Fair warning.
Super-Heroes Bedroom
Two twin beds, a hero mural across the back wall, and enough character energy to compete with whatever the parks deliver during the day. The kids who don't pick the Princess room pick this one.
Witches Bedroom
A full-over-full bunk with a trundle (sleeps three big kids comfortably), green-and-purple color story, smart TV, and theatrical lighting that lights up green at night. The older kids fight for this one.
Theater & Game Room
A queen sofa bed, a projector + 5.1 home theater for movie nights, and a ping-pong table for the late-evening rematches. This is where teens stake out the house for themselves.
Master Suite
A king bed, a smart TV, en-suite bath, and a small work nook for the parent who said they wouldn't check email but will. The quiet end of the house.
Master Bathroom
Dual vanity, walk-in shower, mirrored cabinets. Plenty of room when two of you are getting ready at once.
Community Amenities
Indian Ridge Oaks is a small short-term-rental community — there's a community pool with a cabana, a playground, and a tennis court. Good options for a low-key morning before the parks.

Frequently asked
Is the pool heated?
Optional pool heating is available for $30 per night. We require it be booked for the entire stay (not just one night) so the temperature stays consistent.
What about the EV charger?
Level 2 charger on-site. Usage is billed at $0.30/kWh at the end of your stay — no upfront cost if you don't use it.
Do you provide a pack-n-play or high chair?
Yes, both available on request — just tell us when you book or in the welcome message.
Are pets allowed?
Not at this time. We may revisit if we can guarantee a deep-clean turnover protocol for the next guest.
How do you handle early check-in?
We aim for 4pm check-in to allow full cleaning. Earlier may be possible if there's no same-day turnover — message us a few days before arrival to check.
Is the grill usable?
Yes, hybrid wood-pellet/gas combo. You'll need to grab a propane tank from any gas station if you want the gas side; pellets we provide.
How strict is the max-occupancy?
Sleeps 14 is the firm limit. Day visitors are welcome (pool use included) but overnight guests must be on the booking — this is an insurance and HOA requirement, not a preference.
